Current Projects: Fall 2026

There is a lot happening behind the scenes at Morgan Mason Interiors right now.

This season, the studio is working across several projects at very different stages — from early space planning and cabinetry development to finish selections, sourcing, and preparing homes for construction.

Here is a look at a few of the projects currently on the boards.

A Whole-Home Renovation in Potomac

This project includes several spaces throughout the home, with a major focus on improving function while creating a more cohesive overall design.

Right now, I am working through floor plan adjustments, cabinetry layouts, storage solutions, and the relationship between the dining room, laundry room, mudroom, and lower level.

The goal is to create spaces that feel elevated but still work exceptionally well for everyday life.

A Marble Bathroom Renovation

This bathroom is centered around Carrara marble, warm brass finishes, soft white cabinetry, and subtle pattern.

A lot of the design work has gone into balancing beauty with function — shower sizing, glass placement, storage, grab bars, lighting, tile layout, and making sure every detail feels intentional.

A Screened Porch and Entertaining Space

For another project, I am working on a screened porch, outdoor kitchen, bar, and adjacent utility spaces.

The design direction is layered and collected, with warm woods, muted greens, brass details, and materials that transition naturally between indoor and outdoor living.

A Sunroom With a Collected, Resort-Inspired Feel

This project has been all about creating a relaxed but polished sunroom using teak, woven textures, soft green, stripes, and natural materials.

Furniture selections are nearly complete, and the focus now is on rugs, dining pieces, and the final layers that will make the room feel finished.

What Happens Next

The next phase across several of these projects includes finalizing selections, approving pricing, ordering materials, and preparing more detailed construction documentation.

This is often the stage where the design begins to feel especially real — plans become selections, selections become orders, and the rooms start moving closer to construction.

I’ll be sharing more of the process as these projects continue to develop.
